S.W.A.T. – Students Worshiping All Together

We meet on Sunday mornings at 10:45 am,
Wednesday evenings at 6:30 pm
for food, fellowship & fun!GUMC offers so many ways for our youth to be an active part of our church and community. Check out some of our annual/ongoing events…SWAT students serve one Sunday each month as Users and Greeter during our morning service.Each Summer we take a mission trip — click here to see where we’ve been and what we’ve done!

Rake’N’Run — Serving our community and fundraising for our missions, students travel to various church member houses to help take care of the leaves that overwhelm our yards each Fall.

Open Door Missions — In December, SWAT students help parents find gifts for their kids.

Dare 2 Share — Most people who trust Christ do so before they turn 18. Learn what Dare 2 Share is doing to reach all 25 million teenagers in the United States and join our efforts to share the gospel with this generation and turn our nation back to Jesus.

Evening in Venice — This SWAT-led fundraising event offers a romantic, Italian meal to the adults in our church during February.

Easter Sunrise Service — Swat members lead the service as we celebrate the resurrection of our Lord and Savior on Easter morning.
