A email list for news about Gretna United Methodist Church in Gretna, Nebraska. Any announcements, news articles, or requests of the congregation can be posted here. This is helpful for communicating information quickly to a wide audience. Also please note that for now, this is separate from the prayer chain email list. At some point we may look to combine them, but for now, we'll keep the news & prayers on separate lists. Please do not use this list for sending stories, jokes, pictures, etc, unless they are specifically related to church events, business, etc. Please send these types of items to your normal contact lists. Also be considerate of those without email: if appropriate, please remember to contact the church office to have your announcement added to the bulletin, Sunday announcement screens, and the printed newsletter. To post a message to all the list members, send email to news@gretnaumc.com. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to News
Subscribe to News by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription.
